The Broken Chain ♥
We little knew that morning that God was going to call your name.
In life we loved you dearly, In death we do the same.
It broke our hearts to lose you, you did not go alone;
for part of us went with you, the day God called you home.
You left us peaceful memories, your love is still our guide,
and though we cannot see you, you are always at our side.
Our family chain is broken, and nothing seems the same,
but as God calls us one by one, the chain will link again.
We love and miss you AdMan! Every minute of every day...
This memorial website was created to remember our beloved Adam Matthew, who was born in Reno, Nevada to his loving parents, Stacy McLaughlin and Shawn French on January 10, 1988. Adam passed away at his Great Grandma’s home on August 2, 2009.
Adam was a unique young man with a warm heart and a wonderfully radiant smile. He found laughter in most everything and was well known for his smiles and hugs.
Adam was famous for being late or not showing up for family dinners and gatherings… He would often show up right when everyone was leaving and say “Hey! Where’s everyone going? I just got here!” It was always OK, because just seeing his smile made it all better.
He exuded charm and could win just about anyone over in 5 minutes flat. His smile and the light in his eyes showed to everyone who met him. He gave out hugs to all he knew and all he met… If Adam knew you, you were his friend. He loved everyone and loved his hugs.
Adam, you will live forever in our memories and hearts.
If you knew Adam and would like to add stories, pics, videos, voice clips, etc... please email them to stacypope71@yahoo.com or visit the "shared memoirs" section to add them yourself. Thank you!!
